5) the resale of magicmushroomkit.com cultures in vitro, in spore or spawn form is strictly prohibited;
6) you may only use www.magicmushroomkit.ca mushroom kits for personal research uses. 7) Only Canadian residents may purchase our products and you may not export our products outside of Canada under any circumstances.

MagicMushroomKit.ca offers magic mushroom spawn kits for microscopic research, identification, and education purposes only. I take full legal responsibility for my actions in relation to the purchase and use of these mushroom kits. Further to this, any legal actions, suits or matters are the sole responsibility of myself, the purchaser, and not of MagicMushroomKit.ca, any associates of MagicMusrhoomKit.ca or those of it’s parent company. I understand that the cultivation and use of Psilocybe mushrooms may be dangerous and illegal.

SHIPPING RATES
Please note: All shipping rates are calculated based on non-rural addresses. Magicmushroomkit.ca reserves the right to request additional payment if the actual shipping cost is higher than the amount charged at checkout. We will notify you if extra shipping charges will apply and you will be sent a link to pay for the shipping charges securely through our website. If the extra shipping charges are not paid the order will be cancelled and the original payment will be refunded back to the customer.
